Elllo, its me again!

I’m probably the most uninteresting person on the planet, but I feel like I owe it to the internet to do yet another update thingymajig.

I have some really promising sketches to finish, but alas I’ve had no time lately. My life is a little hectic at the moment. Not in a bad way or anything. Just a lot of stuff happening. Stuffy stuff you know. Lots to do. 

First of all my best friend aka writing buddy aka wing-man(girl) is getting married Saturday and I was recently promoted to maid of honor status.

I’m getting tired to saying “and I’m still job hunting” but that is the reality of the situation. The lunch lady gig didn’t exactly pan out as you have all heard and I’ve got some major bad luck or something. I’ve been on so many unfruitful job interviews that I’m just tired… so very tired… all the while my resources are drying up. *head desk* A job opened up at Pixar for “Character Sketch Artist” and since I beat myself up last time a Sketch Artist position opened up and I didn’t apply for it, I’m considering it this time around….. long shot, but even if I managed to interview…. THAT WOULD BE AMAZING! Because that would mean a free pass to go through the gates of the place I have always wanted to venture inside. Not that I’m even qualified to receive even that kind of honor…. just the prospect makes me giddy though. I just have to get up off my butt and finish some stuff so I can ensure that my portfolio represents me as an artist at this point in time and weed out all the outdated stuff.

So I’ve got things to do, places to go and people to see so I’m signing off. See you all on the flip side. ;)
